Any material found within the pages of friendsathome.co.uk, including text or images, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial use.
ORDERS AND CONTENTS
Prices may be amended at any time to reflect a changing cost structure, including any alteration to the rate of VAT. Friends at Home endeavours to ensure that photography and descriptions are accurate. The contents of multiple item products are as listed in the descriptions and any items not listed or props used in photography are not included. In particular items such as candles, glasses, and other decorations, unless specifically mentioned in the description of the goods should be regarded as props and are not deemed as items included for sale. Please note vintages of wine and Port may change depending on availability.
SECURITY AND PAYMENTS
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Switch. Value Added Tax is charged at the current rate where applicable. We take the security of your credit card information very seriously at Friends at Home, and your private data is encrypted using the highest security methods as implemented by Worldpay. We also offer an order-by-fax service for anyone still nervous about using the Internet for purchases.

CANCELLATIONS
Customers have the right to cancel an order up to seven days prior to despatch, when a full refund minus any administration costs will be credited to the customer by the same medium by which they paid for the goods. For any orders cancelled with less than seven days' notice the customer will be refunded less any charge for perishable goods which cannot be resold.
DAMAGED GOODS
If the goods are damaged the purchaser or recipient should contact Friends at Home within seven days of receipt of goods for advice.
DELIVERIES
Please make sure that all addresses are accurate and include postcode, together with recipient's telephone number where possible. This enables us to deliver speedily and accurately. Any shortfall of which you become aware should be notified to Friends at Home within three days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery should be made within 28 days of despatch of goods.
ALCOHOL
It is illegal in the UK to sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. It is also an offence for persons under the age of 18 to buy or attempt to buy alcohol. No one under 18 years of age may place an order with Friends at Home if the goods contain alcohol.
DESPATCH DATES/FORCE MAJEUR
Friends at Home will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested despatch date. Friends at Home shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as but not limited to compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions by the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, delays in transportation, embargoes or wars.
