What sort of products do Friends at Home offer?
Just take a look! Click on the "choose a gift" button on the left and you will see that we have flowers, chocolates, hampers and lots of very special gifts all chosen for your family and friends at home. There is also a seasonal category where you will find topical presents. If you have any suggestions for gifts you would like to see offered we'd be delighted for you to contact us with your ideas.

Where do Friends at Home deliver to?
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Isle of Man. Delivery to the remoter parts of the UK, including the Highlands of Scotland and the Islands, is just as reliable but normally takes a day or so longer than elsewhere.

When will my gifts be delivered?
We encourage you to order your gifts with as much notice as possible. You are able to indicate on the order form when you would like the product delivered, and we will endeavour to deliver on the day or as close as possible to it. We generally deliver Monday-Friday. We like to have three working days notice of requested delivery date to be able to confidently offer this service.

Do I have to be abroad to order gifts?
No. Although Friends at Home is designed with those away from home in mind, we are pleased to accept orders from anyone who wishes to deliver quality gifts to any address in the UK.

Is using my plastic card to buy from Friends at Home safe?
The use of credit cards on the Internet is now widespread and secure, and our service is safeguarded by the most reliable methods available.

Will Friends at Home deliver abroad?
No, unfortunately we are not able to deliver goods abroad; we offer an exclusive service to your friends and family in the UK.

Do I have to be online to order goods?
No, you may prefer to print off an order form and a list of our current products and make your selection offline. You can then send the form to us at our Horsham address.

How do I know I can rely on Friends at Home?
As soon as you place an order, you will receive confirmation of the goods, fully inclusive cost, delivery address and recipient's details. All our staff have experienced the difficulty of sending gifts from abroad, and are committed to providing a reliable service for your friends and family here in the UK.
